Mansukh Mandaviya attends 66th Foundation Day celebrations of AIIMS
New Delhi, Sep 25 (ANI): Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya, MoS Health Dr Bharati Pravin Pawar attended the 66th Foundation Day celebration of AII India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on September 25. AIIMS Delhi Director Randeep Guleria was also present at the event. Mansukh Mandaviya said, “AIIMS is the 'lighthouse' of the health sector. People have faith in it, which is why state-wise demands were also raised. Today inauguration work of 22 AIIMS is underway”. He added, “It was not a tradition in the country to combine health and development but PM Modi did it with his vision of Healthy India...We increased the health budget to Rs 2.40 lakh crores.
