Matt Lucas heartbroken as he loses dog to cancer just 10 weeks after death of other pet
Matt Lucas has revealed that his beloved pet dog Milo has died after a short battle with cancer.
The sad news comes comes as the Little Britain actor said a final farewell to his other dog, Hob, back in November.
Lucas, 45, shared a series of photographs of Milo alongside a touching tribute as he relayed the "unthinkable" news.

"The unthinkable has happened," he posted to Instagram. "In the space of ten weeks both of my beloved dogs have died. Dear Milo passed away tonight, after a short battle with cancer. He was nearly 13."
Lucas also made reference to his late ex-husband Kevin McGee, who died by suicide in 2009, in his post.
He went on: "Thank you to Kevin for insisting we get a puppy, and to Alex and Craig and Jamie and Emily and Edna and everyone who helped me look after him. And apologies if he ever stole your football in the park.
"There are umpteen punctured, half-eaten footballs at my house, if anyone wants one. Milo, I love you. You and Hob were the greatest friends to me. I’m sorry that you never managed to impregnate your bed. God knows you tried hard enough. Rest easy, you magnificent, beautiful, ridiculous, drooling thing of wonder.
"You will be forever in my heart xxx."
It was just 10 weeks ago that the Bridesmaids actor broke the news of Hob's passing.
"On Friday my dog Hob died," he wrote alongside a picture of the pet. "Hob could bark for England. Now the house is silent. Hob was one of the greatest friends I’ve ever had. Thank you Hobby. I love you xxx."
Last year marked the tenth anniversary of Lucas' ex-husband's death, with the comedian sharing a tribute to McGee in October.
Lucas said he "loved him more than anyone [he's] ever met, and still do".
The pair entered into a civil partnership in 2006, however, their union was dissolved in 2008.
