Michelle Yeoh, Ke Huy Quan to present at 2024 Oscars

Michelle Yeoh and Ke Huy Quan, named best actress and best supporting actor at last year's Oscars, have been tapped to return this year as presenters.

Breaking the news: The Academy announced on Monday its full line-up of presenters for the 96th Oscars, which will take place at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles on March 11. Aside from Yeoh and Quan, “Everything Everywhere All at Once” co-star Jamie Lee Curtis, who won the best supporting actress category for her role, will also return to present.

Other presenters include Mahershala Ali, Nicolas Cage, Brendan Fraser, Jessica Lange, Matthew McConaughey, Lupita Nyong’o, Al Pacino, Michelle Pfeiffer, Sam Rockwell and Zendaya.

Return to the Oscars stage: Yeoh, Quan and Curtis will return to the same stage where they won their respective Oscars at last year’s ceremony. A24’s “Everything Everywhere All at Once” also bagged the award for best picture, while directors and screenwriters Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert – a duo better known as the Daniels – took home awards for best director and best original screenplay.

Current projects: Quan, who recently appeared in the second season of Marvel’sLoki” and Disney Plus’American Born Chinese,” is set to voice pangolin Han, the leader of the Den of Thieves, in the upcoming “Kung Fu Panda 4.” He joins fellow franchise newcomers Awkwafina and Viola Davis.

Meanwhile, Yeoh became the latest brand partner of cosmetics company Helena Rubinstein, owned by French brand L'Oreal since 1984, on Monday. She was previously named brand ambassador for Balenciaga and was the face of Lululemon for its Lunar New Year campaign.
