With the balloting period over, successful applicants for National Day Parade 2018 tickets can now collect their passes.

Parade organisers began informing successful applicants via SMS or direct calls from last Monday (25 June) up until 2 July.

Successful applicants may collect their tickets at Ngee Ann Kongsi Auditorium Foyer, National Gallery Singapore located at Basement 1 of the City Hall Wing. They can do so from 6 to 8 July and 13 to 15 July, from 10am to 7pm.

Those collecting their tickets must bring along their original identity card, driver’s license or birth certificate for verification purposes. Tickets will not be issued without proof of identity.

Successful applicants may authorise a representative to collect their tickets on their behalf. The representative must present the following documents:

  • The representative’s original identity card or any other form of photo identification

  • A photocopy (both the front and back) of the successful applicant’s NRIC, driver’s license or birth certificate

  • A signed letter of authorisation, which can be downloaded from the official NDP website’s ticketing page at: https://ticketing.ndp.org.sg/

A ticket advisory will also be issued along with the tickets. It contains information such as the dos and don’ts of attending NDP 2018, details of road closures and directions to the Floating Platform@Marina Bay via public transport.

Any tickets that remain uncollected after 7pm on 15 July will be forfeited. No appeals will be entertained.
