Neighbours' Logan's creepy behaviour to continue in new Aaron scenes

Neighbours spoilers follow.

Neighbours newcomer Logan's creepy behaviour is set to continue in new Aaron Brennan scenes.

Matthew Backer arrived in Erinsborough as Logan earlier this week after crossing paths with Melanie Pearson while she was on the road with her Drinks Divas van.

After bonding over stories of their travels, Logan agreed to join Melanie on her journey back to Ramsay Street following her trip.

Before driving away, Logan was seen staring intensely at an image of David Tanaka on the side of Melanie's van — sparking suspicion among viewers.

In scenes set to air on Tuesday, July 2, Logan is secretly overjoyed when David's widower Aaron agrees to give him a cocktail lesson.

Caught up in the fun of the activity, Logan cheekily wears his shaker lid as a hat, which causes Aaron to freeze at the haunting reminder of his loved-up cocktail-off with David.

An overwhelmed Aaron then snaps at Logan and urges him to leave.

Later, Aaron apologises to Logan, admitting that he was reminded of a special moment with David, which startled him. Logan offers a listening ear, encouraging Aaron to keep the memory of his husband alive.

Logan's actions seem genuine, but when he's alone, he brings up Aaron's social media feed and suspiciously scrolls through his wedding photos with David, enjoying being in the same area as their nuptials. What is Logan hiding?

Aaron has been trying to rebuild his life following the tragic death of husband David in February. He'll befriend Logan in the new storyline, unaware of his potential ulterior motive.

In a recent interview with Digital Spy, Neighbours' executive producer Jason Herbison teased Logan's story, saying: "There's more to him than meets the eye and he hones in on Aaron, but it's not a conventional romantic storyline.

"Aaron certainly isn't in the market to meet anyone. The story takes some very unexpected turns, which I don't think the audience will see coming."

Neighbours releases new episodes from Mondays to Thursdays for free on Amazon Freevee in the UK and US. In Australia, the show airs from Mondays to Thursdays at 4pm on Channel 10, with a 6.30pm repeat screening on 10 Peach Comedy.
