Tony Fernandes, the CEO and founder of AirAsia, recently made headlines on social media for a LinkedIn post that quickly went viral.

The post featured a topless photo of Fernandes being massaged during a management meeting, along with a caption that read, "Was a stressful week, and Veranita Josephine suggested a massage. Got to love Indonesia and AirAsia culture that I can have a massage and do a management meeting."

The post was met with mixed reactions, sparking a heated online debate about professionalism on the popular business-oriented platform, and has since been deleted.

The history of AirAsia's CEO

Fernandes, an entrepreneur and business magnate, is renowned for his role in revolutionising the airline industry. He co-founded AirAsia in 2001, and the airline quickly became one of the world's best-known low-cost carrier.

Unconventional post

Fernandes's recent topless LinkedIn post added a new layer to his public image. The unconventional post drew immediate attention and a flurry of reactions from social media users.

Many expressed their surprise at the CEO's unique approach to stress management during a professional meeting, while others found humour in the situation.

One user, @Jpoomath, commented, "Taking management transparency to a whole new level.”

Some users, like @anaz_ka, questioned the appropriateness of the post, suggesting that LinkedIn should consider implementing stricter guidelines for its users.

The reaction from @saifyakhtar was more playful, commenting, "He literally took off… his baju," referencing Fernandes's topless appearance in the photo.

@Memespaddler247 humorously coined the term "Topless management," adding a new twist to the debate, while @hanmula humorously suggested, "He should start OnlyFans," referencing a popular platform known for debatable content.

The LinkedIn post has since been deleted.
