The inaugural PropertyGuru Tech Innovation Award has attracted a strong list of game-changing companies, with entries submitted including various real estate related apps and software tools that use AI, VR as well as other future-oriented technologies.
A panel of expert judges will select the nominated companies as well as the products and services that will compete in a live final event at the Asia Real Estate Summit 2018, which is taking place at The Athenee Hotel in Bangkok from 8 to 9 November.
“Finalists will be given a 10-minute speaking slot to showcase their technology in front of some of the most influential people in Asian real estate,” revealed PropertyGuru Group chief technology officer and head of the judging panel Manav Kamboj.
“After the presentations, an independent judging panel will offer fair and transparent critiques for all entrants before announcing the winners.”
Manav Kamboj will be joined by six highly respected professionals on the Tech Innovation judging panel.
They are Dr. Pun-Arj Chairatana (PAC), executive director of the National Innovation Agency (NIA), Thailand; Software Park Thailand director Chalermpol Tuchinda; Lendlease Singapore senior development manager Jack Fitzgerald; HOMA founder and CEO Pennie Lim; Amarit Charoenphan, CEO of Hubba Coworking Space and Co-founder of Techsauce.cc; and Jostein Aksnes, founder and CEO of Property Flow and 7 Peaks Software.
Setting a new benchmark for excellence in property-related technology, the Tech Innovation Award will be integrated into the agenda on the first day of the summit.
Considered the biggest gathering of c-level professionals from Asia’s real estate sector, the summit is now in its fourth annual edition.
Aside from a special trophy, winners of the new award will also have the chance to use the winner’s logo in all their marketing materials.
