Officers and Neighbor Rescue Unresponsive Woman From House Fire in Boonville, Missouri

Officers and a neighbor rushed to the aid of an unresponsive woman in Boonville, Missouri, on December 28, rescuing her from a burning house.

Bodycam video from the scene shows first responders attempting to break down the residence’s front door before rushing to the building’s back entrance. They pull the woman from the back door amid a heavy smoke plume, with an officer quickly administering CPR.

“The Boonville Police and Fire Departments responded to a structure fire on McRoberts Street last night,” wrote the Boonville Police on Facebook. “Officers were able to gain entry to the residence and found an unresponsive person inside. The officers, along with assistance by Brandon Roberts, a neighbor, were able to get her out of the residence and start CPR.
