Just months after they announced their split, OnlyFans content creator Titus Low has accused his former wife, Cheryl Chin, of restricting his visitation rights with their daughter.

Low shared on Instagram on Tuesday (27 February) that he has only been able to meet his daughter twice every month in the last three months and that he has to “request from Cheryl’s lawyer just to just to arrange visits with my daughter”.

He had shared screenshots the day before of text message exchanges with Chin where she appears to have written, “If you refuse to respect my wishes, I can just not allow you to meet her.”

Chin also allegedly accused Low of not paying for or caring for their daughter and told him, “I don’t think co-parenting for us can go anywhere further than this for now”.

Low wrote, “I have never met someone this evil who denies me from my basic parental rights”.

He also appealed to his followers for advice and help for his situation.

A marriage, pregnancy and divorce in less than two years

Low and Malaysian influencer Chin made the news when were got married within a month of meeting one another in June 2022. After announcing that they were expecting, Low was jailed for defying police orders.

Chin later gave birth to their daughter, Elleria, in March 2023.

The pair then announced their split in November 2023 over Instagram where they seemed to have ended on good terms, as both Low and Chin had written that they still "love each other very much".

Chin appeared in an episode of YouTube series Just Saying in January this year and said that their daughter is mostly in Malaysia with Chin’s parents. Chin splits her time equally between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

She shared that Elleria comes to Singapore once a month and that Low is “welcome to visit her [at] certain times”, and that he can choose to visit their daughter in Kuala Lumpur.

On Thursday, Chin shared a statement with Yahoo on the matter, saying that she wanted to avoid public discourse over Low's accusations, and was instead prioritising her daughter's well-being.

“After further consideration, I have made a conscious decision to refrain from engaging in public discourse or stating my stance on current matters,” she said.

“My main focus and obligation lies with safeguarding the well-being and mental tranquility of my daughter. It is my firm belief that she should not be embroiled in any public contention," Chin added.
