Peerless Prevc moves closer to Crystal Globe

Peter Prevc's seemingly faultless march to the World Cup ski jumping title continued on Wednesday when the Slovenian notched up his ninth individual win of the season in Trondheim. Prevc recorded a total points tally of 285.5 to see off Austria's Stefan Kraft and Japanese veteran Noriaki Kasai. The 23-year-old increased his lead in the Crystal Globe standings to 443 points on Germany's Severin Freund who managed only 10th. The season moves on to Vikersund in Norway on Friday. Results 1.
