PropertyGuru wins gold again at Mob-Ex Awards

Singapore's leading real estate portal PropertyGuru scooped up awards for its mobile apps at last night's Mob-Ex Awards 2014, which was held at the Marriott hotel.

Celebrating the best in mobile excellence, this year's competition saw 50 brands vie for 23 award categories.

For the second year in a row, PropertyGuru took home Gold for Best App/Content By A Media Owner for its AgentNet App.

To date, more than 16,000 property sales professionals subscribe to the AgentNet app, which has seen 65,450 downloads and 1.6 million page views since its inception in 2011.

PropertyGuru also picked up Bronze for Best Direct Response Campaign for Consumer App and recognition for Best User Experience in mobile marketing for AgentNet App.

Steve Melhuish, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PropertyGuru, said: "Innovation is central to rolling out mobile apps that cater to the best user-experience with the latest information availability in real time."

He added: "We are delighted to get such great recognition for our commitment to helping Singaporeans make better property decisions."

The company has so far launched 16 apps which are available in four countries including Singapore.
