Russian air passenger traffic down 77.5% in June amid pandemic

MOSCOW (Reuters) - The number of passengers flying with Russian airlines in June fell 77.5% year on year, the federal aviation authority said on Monday, with fewer people travelling amid the new coronavirus pandemic.

Russian airlines carried 2.84 million passengers, it said.

The number of passengers in the first half of the year fell by 52% to 27.8 million.
