Sabrina Ho warns against impersonators

5 Feb - Sabrina Ho, daughter of casino tycoon Stanley Ho and Macau councilwoman Angela Leong, recently warned her fans and friends over fake social media accounts using her name.

As reported on Mingpao News, on 3 February, the company released a statement on behalf of the socialite, saying that a person has been impersonating Sabrina online and creating a fake account using her name in order to gain profit in one way or another.

The company also reminded the public to be aware of such fake accounts and not to be misled by the deception.

The company also stressed that the existence of these fake accounts can be considered as fraud and a cybercrime and that they retain the right to pursue legal action.
