SC Global says it intends to develop the property into a ‘foodie’s paradise’, and has already secured leases with two Michelin-star restaurant operators. They include Kenji Takahashi, owner-chef of ‘Yoshifuku’ in Tokyo, as well as the exclusive sushi restaurant ‘Kamakura Izumi’ which will open a new restaurant on the 8th floor. Interest in the property has been high says SC Global, with over 75% of units already leased to a variety of speciality F&B operators.
