At least 8 killed and 6 injured after a shooter opened fire inside a university campus in Russia's Perm. The shooter, identified as a student at the university, has been detained, and is reportedly injured. Videos emerging from the scene showed people escaping through the windows and an armed person dressed in black, wearing a helmet making their way across the campus.
