Several tourists from Singapore injured in Hokkaido bus accident

Several tourists from Singapore were reportedly injured when their tour bus collided with a truck in Japan’s northern island of Hokkaido on Thursday.
 
According to Japanese media reports, the driver of the tour bus, which was carrying 33 tourists from Singapore, and the truck’s driver were killed.
 
The collision occurred at about 9.40am Japan time in Nanae Town in Hokkaido while the bus was en route to Sapporo, said The Straits Times.
