SG50 celebrations to end with exhibition on future of Singapore

"The Future of Us” exhibition will provide visitors of all ages with insights into how Singaporeans might work, live and learn in the future.

This year’s series of SG50 celebrations is finally coming to an end with a futuristic exhibition showcasing the future of life in Singapore.

Called “The Future of Us”, the exhibition will provide visitors of all ages with insights into how Singaporeans might work, live and learn in the future. This will be done by inviting visitors to walk through displays of various "immersive and multi-sensory" scenarios.

The exhibition will take place at Gardens by the Bay from 1 December 2015 to 8 March 2016. While admission is free, visitors are still required to get tickets, which will be made available from Sunday onwards.

As an extension to the exhibition, the organisers will also showcase a collection of visions from local thought leaders and social influencers such as Professor Kishore Mahbubani and composer Dick Lee. These will be available on its website.

Members of the public are also welcome to submit their visions of the future under the “What’s your dream for Singapore’s future” feature on the same site.
