Social Media Mocks RFK Jr., Fox News For Setting Bar ‘In Hell’ With Wild On-Screen Note

Fox News educated viewers on Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s diet with an on-screen note that looked straight out of a “Saturday Night Live” skit.

Tom Shillue, on Wednesday’s episode of “The Five,” declared that the independent presidential candidate is “barking mad” and denying a Vanity Fair report about him appearing in a photo that shows him about to eat what appears to be a barbecued dog.

“RFK Jr. says dog is not on the menu so what’s off limits, then?” asked Shillue before tossing to a NewsNation clip that included the chyron: “RFK JR: I WOULDN’T EAT A HUMAN.”

The conspiracy theorist, in an interview with NewsNation’s Chris Cuomo on Tuesday, informed the host that he wouldn’t eat human, monkey and dog while discussing the Vanity Fair profile he’s described as “garbage.”

“I think I’d eat anything else but I just couldn’t bring myself to do those things,” Kennedy told Cuomo.

Social media users couldn’t help but poke fun at the wild on-screen message.
