Standard Chartered share price slumps more than 15%

Standard Chartered shares tumbled by more than 15 percent in early morning trade on Tuesday after US regulators accused the lender of hiding $250 billion in transactions with Iranian banks. Shortly after the open, the lender's share price slumped 15.37 percent to 1,244 pence on London's FTSE 100 index of leading shares, which was flat overall in initial deals.
