Tay Kah Poh returns to Knight Frank Singapore
Tay Kah Poh (pictured) has joined Knight Frank Singapore as Executive Director of Agency Services, and will oversee all Residential, Office, Industrial and Retail Services.
He spent 12 years with Knight Frank Singapore between 1993 and 2005. During that time, he held key positions including the Head of Office Leasing and Head of Consultancy & Research.
"I am delighted to be back in familiar collegiate surroundings. I hope the experience gained from my sojourn away from the company the past nine years can help build superior performance and a more enduring legacy for the company," he said.
Danny Yeo, Group Managing Director of Knight Frank Singapore said, "Kah Poh is no stranger to us and will fit in very nicely even after nine years away from Knight Frank Singapore. He will work closely with the Heads of Department of Residential, Office, Industrial and Retail teams, overseeing the daily operations with particular emphasis on Business Development."
Prior to rejoining Knight Frank, Tay was an Associate Professor at National University of Singapore (NUS)'s Department of Real Estate. Before that, Kah Poh was a Consultant at Straits Trading for a year and a half. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President of Fund Management at Pacific Star Group.
