Teen Choice Awards 2017: Deepika Padukone gets nominated for xXx: Return of Xander Cage
The start of 2k17 saw the grand Hollywood debut of Deepika Padukone in xXx: Return of Xander Cage. Directed by D. J. Caruso, the movie also starred Vin Diesel, Nina Dobrev, Ruby Rose and Samuel L. Jackson amongst others. Deepika’s badass role as Serena Unger was loved and appreciated by all and she made her mark on the Hollywood scene.

Things are looking extremely good for the actress as she is now nominated for a Teen Choice Award. The list which came out today sees Deepika nominated for Choice Action Movie Actress. She will be up against her xXx co-stars Nina and Ruby. Other nominees include Gal Gadot for Wonder Woman, Kaya Scodelario for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales and Michelle Rodriguez for Fate of the Furious.

xXx: Return of Xander Cage is also nominated for Choice Action Movie along with Logan, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Fate of the Furious, Transformers: The Last Knight and Wonder Woman.
