Teen Star Victoria Lee Dedicates Second ONE Championship Win To Family

Victoria “The Prodigy” Lee made her sophomore appearance in ONE Championship at ONE: BATTLEGROUND last Friday, 30 July, and she thrilled the masses yet again.

The 17-year-old took on veteran opponent “Little Sprouts” Wang Luping in an atomweight mixed martial arts clash that didn’t last more than four minutes.

Lee submitted Wang with a triangle-armbar at the 3:22 mark of the first round, furthering her mixed martial arts record to 2-0.

“The Prodigy” went on Instagram after the stellar performance at the Singapore Indoor Stadium and thanked her parents for standing by her side.

“I am so lucky to have such incredible parents. This victory goes 100 percent to you mom and dad,” Lee said.

However, she also knows the win wouldn’t have been possible without the help of her brother and sister, ONE Lightweight World Champion Christian “The Warrior” Lee and ONE Women’s Atomweight World Champion “Unstoppable” Angela Lee.

“I am so blessed to have such an amazing family and team supporting me,” she added. “Thank you for always pushing me to be better and making time to talk to me.”

Before closing out her Instagram post, Lee praised her teammates for their continuous support, and she sent a heartwarming shout out to her brother and sister’s babies.

“I am so grateful to my awesome training partners for a great camp,” she said. “And I am especially blessed to have the two most adorable gummy bears (nieces) in my corner to always make me smile.”
