Tokyo stocks opened 0.13 percent lower in tepid trade Monday as investors await key US jobs figures and a European Central Bank meeting for trading cues later this week. The benchmark Nikkei 225 index at the Tokyo Stock Exchange was down 26.56 points at 19,857.38 in opening deals, while the broader Topix index of all first-section shares dropped 0.09 percent,or 1.45 points, to 1,593.00.
