Russian shelling of Siversk, Donetsk Oblast, killed four people, the regional governor Vadym Filashkin said on Telegram on April 15.

The victims ranged in age from 36 to 86 years old.

Russian forces unleashed reactive artillery fire on Siversk on the evening of April 14, he said. However, confirmation of casualties didn't come until the following day.

Filashkin urged Donetsk civilians to evacuate to safer regions of Ukraine.

Russians launched a missile strike on Sloviansk in Donetsk Oblast on the morning of April 15, resulting in a massive crater forming in the city center.

Russians dropped an aerial bomb on the town of Ocheretyne in Donetsk Oblast the day before, hitting a five-story building. The strike killed one and injured two others.
