Blizzard Creates Windy, Snowy Conditions in North Dakota

Portions of North Dakota were under a blizzard warning on Tuesday, December 6. High winds drifted snow across roadways and created low visibility, according to reports.

Police also closed several roads because of ice and the blizzard conditions. A no-travel advisory was issued for the Bismarck area.
