Flood Waters From Megi Swap Roads in Southern Taiwan

The streets of Tainan, Taiwan, were filled with rain water on the night of September 27, as Typhoon Megi continued to batter the island.

Megi made landfall over the island. CNN reported at least four people were killed and 300 injured.

In the space of two weeks, three typhoons have struck Taiwan, bringing with them winds as fast as 143 miles per hour.
