Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day: First Images From USS Arizona

December 7, 2016, is the 75th anniversary of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. The USS Arizona was bombed during the 1941 attack and is today a national memorial.

Deep Trekker took part in an underwater expedition in August 2016 to record the interior of the shipwreck. Two documentaries about the attack were aired on December 6, according to reports. One of them, ‘Into the Arizona’, recorded images from deep into the wreck for the first time after it was sunk 75 years ago.
