Scientist Burns an Eyeball With the Sun

If you’ve ever wondered what happens when you look at the sun through a telescope – this is it. Mark holds a pig’s eyeball up to the lens of his telescope, lined up to the sun, and demonstrates the burning effect. After just 20 seconds there’s smoke coming from the eyeball and when Mark turns it around we see a hole right through its core. This video isn’t one for the faint-hearted!
