Voters stood in line for several hours at polling places in Fairfax, Virginia, on September 18, the first day early voting for the November election was allowed in the state.
Early voting started Friday in Virginia, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Minnesota, according to reports.
Footage taken from the Fairfax County Government Center shows hundreds of people socially distancing, as the line spanned for blocks.
RA Olivieri, who took this video, said, “It took 4 hours to vote (arrived at 10 am, left at about 2 pm. When I left, line was still almost as long as when I arrived. No regrets.”
