This weekend looks really packed if you’re into Dota 2 and you’re looking to improve your MOBA and macro skills.

Improve Your Skills In Dota 2 Class

If you want to up your Dota 2 game and happen to reside in Singapore, there’s no better place to learn than in the National Library this weekend! The workshop is created by Esports Academy, SCOGA, and the National Youth Council, and features Dota 2 luminaries like renowned Dota 2 eSports coach/analyst Muriëlle “Kips” Huisman and Singapore’s TenTwenty coach Ruth Lim.

The workshop on 17 November is about matchmaking ranking brackets called “Getting out of the MMR Trench”. You can register and find out about the course here.

Malaysia’s premier Dota 2 major level tournament is heading into the playoffs weekend, with the biggest teams fighting for glory. The best teams will be fighting for a prize pool worth US$1 million and 15,000 Pro Circuit Points.

So far at this time of writing, TNC Predator and Fnatic are still in the tournament, albeit in the Lower Brackets. The Southeast Asian teams will have to fight hard if they even wish to make it to the weekend.

Yes, there is a crazy FPS scene going on in Thailand when it comes to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive high-level play.

The best teams from all around the world will be coming down to Bangkok next week: Tyloo, Heroic, Team Kinguin, TeamOne, AGO Esports, rpo 100, ViCi Gaming, MVP PK, and Alpha Red.

The prize pool for this Toyota series is worth US$100,000 and it’s counted as a major tournament; you can bet there’s a lot at stake here in Southeast Asia.

Want to see the best Vietnamese players duke it out in a friendly game of League of Legends?

Then come on down to the GG eSports Stadium next weekend. VCS league players who will be showing their skills include Zeros, Stark, Archie, BigKoro, and XuHao.

The majority of them are from top tier Vietnam teams like Phong Vu Buffalo, EVOS Esports, and GIGABYTE Marines.

The event is organised by Riot Games and Garena Vietnam.

Singapore’s first major Soulcalibur VI tournament is happening later this weekend courtesy of the SoulSingapore group and retro game hub Versus City. Players from all over the country will compete for bragging rights.
