Female Esports League 2019
Date: 5 – 26 January

The all-female League of Legends tournament is kicking off the new year. Right now in the Singapore and Malaysia Play-Ins, team Valkyrie and team Definitely Not Girls are in the lead. These two teams and the remaining top two teams will face off with four other seeded teams from the last FSL season. The Singapore/Malaysia quarter finals will begin on 20 January.
Meanwhile on the Philippines side, all 16 slots are filled. The qualifiers will be held at Mineski Infinity Taft Madison Condo on 13 January. Interested spectators can get more updates on the Discord server. bit.ly/FSLLoL
Overwatch Contenders Season 3: Pacific

Mobile Legends is still the top-trending MOBA pick for Southeast Asian esports and casual players. So what better time than this month to properly learn the trade, right?
Thanks to Singapore’s Cybersports & Online Gaming Association (SCOGA) and the Esports Academy, you can now take up intermediate and advanced classes with the help of Team Tyrant’s Aeon.
You will get a chance to practise what you’ve learned in the end-of-class mini-tournament. The best team will win 5,000 Diamonds; runners-up will earn up to 2,500 Diamonds for their troubles.
2K19 Tekken 7 Tournament
Date: 26 January
Venue: Play Tech Studio, Taman Koperasi Polis Fasa II, Selangor, Malaysia
Malaysia’s really primed and ready for an Iron Fist tournament. The Play Tech Studio folks are hosting a major Tekken 7 tournament within the Wilayah Persekutuan region. With a RM5 entry fee (RM3 if you’re the first 10 players) and an RM50 + membership card prize up for grabs, this tourney seems like a decent way to showcase your 3D fighting skills.
PADU X Tekken 7 Mini-Tournament
Date: 11 January
Venue: 1337GAMING, Jalan Tengku Ampuan Zabedah J 9/J, Seksyen 9 Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia
Time: 7.30pm onwards
The folks from 1337 Gaming are hosting a grassroots-level Tekken 7 tournament. Interested players within the Shah Alam area or beyond can join in for a RM8 fee.
