Yahoo Poll: Do you expect to receive a pay hike in 2019?

Human resource consulting firms ECA International and Mercer forecast that Singapore workers will receive salary hikes of 4% and 3.8%, respectively, in 2019.

However, this overall figure may not tally with individual experience, and thus should not fuel our hopes and expectations as we go into our annual year-end review meetings with our bosses or managers, says one writer.
