SINGAPORE — Banyan Tree Holdings’ first Singapore resort in Mandai will feature 338 rooms and eco-friendly features on a 4.6 hectare site. This includes 24 elevated tree houses, shaped like seed-pods and nestled among trees surrounding the resort.
The unique holiday destination is set to open in 2023. While the resort has assured that it will take precautions in preserving the flora and fauna of the site, there have been some concerns about the resort construction adversely affecting the pristine nature around Mandai.
