SINGAPORE — The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) will extend its Frequent Traveller Programme (FTP) to eligible Japan and South Korea passport holders from Wednesday (28 August).
It said in a media release on Tuesday that the programme will allow these passport holders to use the automated immigration clearance facilities at Singapore’s checkpoints.
The two countries join seven others – Australia, Britain, China/Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand, Thailand and the United States – who are eligible for the FTP. APEC business travel card holders are also eligible for the programme.
To be eligible for the FTP, Japanese and South Korean nationals must be:

Interested applicants can apply for the programme at enrolment centres which are located at: Changi Airport Terminal 3, the Visitor Services Centre at ICA Building, as well as the Woodlands and Tuas checkpoints.
Enrolment is voluntary and free. For more information, visit ICA’s website.
