Jake Gyllenhaal Returns for Prada Linea Rossa Eyewear Campaign
Prada is continuing its long-term partnership with Jake Gyllenhaal for its latest campaign.
The Academy Award-nominated actor features in the Prada Linea Rossa Eyewear 2024 campaign, titled “In the Midst of the Action.” The campaign was photographed by Lukas Korschan at the Italian sailboat racing team Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli’s base in Cagliari, Italy.

Gyllenhaal appears in the campaign imagery with the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team preparing for a race. The campaign comes ahead of the 37th America’s Cup sailing competition, which takes place in Barcelona this fall.
“I had the best time being part of this campaign in Cagliari and joining the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team,” Gyllenhaal said. “I loved experiencing the base in real life, ahead of the America’s Cup competition. Collaborating with Prada is always unique, and this collection perfectly reflects my own style.”
The 2024 Prada Linea Rossa eyewear collection continues the luxury label’s design codes of marrying functionality with high-fashion aesthetics. The collection includes designs such as an aerodynamic wraparound style with lightweight frames and a color palette inspired by the AC75 Luna Rossa boat. The collection’s lenses are said to protect from the rays of the sun and enhance peripheral vision. There are also lifestyle pieces in the collection that are designed in a monochromatic style.
Gyllenhaal first appeared as the face of Prada Linea Rossa’s eyewear collections last June for the brand’s spring 2023 collection. The actor has worked with Prada since 2021, first signing on as the face of its men’s fragrance, Prada Luna Rossa Ocean.
