Kris Jenner Reveals She Has A Tumor In Emotional 'Kardashians' Trailer

Kris Jenner is opening up about a terrifying health scare.

In the season five trailer for Hulu's The Kardashians—which dropped yesterday—fans see the famous family living their usual glamorous lives at Fashion Week and beyond. But, in a scary moment, old sister Kourtney Kardashian is rushed into urgent fetal surgery. And, in an emotional scene, matriarch Kris tearfully reveals that she has a tumor.

The moment in the trailer is brief—like, the 68-year-old says she has a tumor, her family looks shocked, and then it moves on to the women posing for a photo shoot—but it’s raising all kinds of questions about what happened with Kris and how she’s doing now. Here’s everything we know so far.

Does Kris Jenner have a tumor?

It’s not clear whether Kris still has a tumor, but she did have a tumor at one point, as she shared in the season five trailer.

In the clip, Kris chats with a doctor before opening up about her diagnosis at dinner with her boyfriend Corey Gamble and daughter Khloé Kardashian. “I had my scan. They found a cyst and, like, a little tumor,” Kris says, getting emotional.

The camera then cuts to Khloé looking upset, followed by a scene of Kylie Jenner crying as her sister Kendall Jenner gives her a hug.

It's not clear yet where the tumor is located, or if it is malignant.

This isn’t the first health scare she’s detailed on The Kardashians.

Kris has been open about her health over the years. In 2022, she detailed her experience with hip pain and hip replacement surgery on The Kardashians. "Hearing the doctor say that I need a hip replacement is very scary for me,” she said. “It reminds me of somebody older than I feel on the inside and somebody who is going to have challenges for the rest of her life. This is serious.”

She also said that the experience was a “mindf*ck,” adding, “You just realize you don't have that much more time. It's like suddenly, I can't do all the things… My hip goes out, my knee is torn. I have an eye infection, I can't see. I have the TV up too loud and Corey says I can't hear. I feel like Humpty Dumpty.”

But Kris has also revealed how much better she felt after her surgery. During Season 3, she had a full-body MRI, and told cameras that her results showed that her health is similar to a 40-year-old's. “I am literally 40 years old—physically,” she said. “To hear that I’m young on the inside is so happy.”

Wishing you well, Kris!
