Man arrested for stealing undergarment in Bedok Reservoir

A 26-year-old man has been arrested for stealing undergarment in the Bedok Reservoir estate.

On Monday (9 October), police were informed about a case of theft of undergarment at Block 135 Bedok Reservoir Road. After investigations and with the aid of police cameras, the man was arrested on Thursday.

The man is believed to be involved in other similar cases in Bedok Reservoir, the police said in a statement on Friday.

Anyone who is convicted of theft faces a jail term of up to three years and/or fine.
